Esta festividad fue establecida por la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blog\/post\/edit\/5377421925035124652\/5642089063801276605#\">UNESCO<\/a>&nbsp;en 1982, y es un homenaje al gran innovador del ballet cl\u00e1sico y core\u00f3grafo franc\u00e9s Jean Georges Noverre, quien muri\u00f3 el 29 de abril de 1727. Para celebrarlo, se realizar\u00e1n funciones de gala, talleres y cursos, adem\u00e1s de un ciclo de documentales.
